Allison Benedict earned 2nd place in the combined results with a 2nd place finish in the mogul event and 1st in dual moguls. Abe Studler earned himself a 3rd place combined finish, his first podium finish on the ECS ‘A’ Circuit; Studler finished 3rd in both the moguls and dual mogul events.
All KMS athletes skied well on a difficult World Cup level venue in Lake Placid. Small moguls and slick snow conditions made skiing the 225-meter course challenging, athletes that focused and trusted the technique they have been training skied well. The KMS mogul team is headed to Waterville Valley next weekend for a Mogul and Dual Mogul event.
